RPM
RPM is a Les Mills indoor group cycling class where the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. Using the beat of the music to reach your cardio peak and then ease back down. You control the level of resistance to build stamina over time.

Pilates
A low impact form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility and core stability. It focuses on full body alignment and improves posture by strengthening postural muscles. It is suitable for range of ages and mixed abilities.

Aqua
Aqua is a cardio and conditioning class done in shallow water. It combines aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves using aqua dumbbells and noodles to give you a full body workout. Aqua is a great, accessible, fun class (you don’t need to be able to swim and is suitable for those returning from injury or pre and post-natal).

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid practice that combines poses in sequences that focuses on linking breath to movement. It is commonly referred to as ‘flow’ yoga, Vinyasa encourages meditative movement through a variety of postures.

Body Pump
A full body workout using the Les Mills Smart Bar technology (bar bell). Body Pump uses a combination of weighted barbell and energetic music with high repetitions with low weight to improve strength, power, and speed.
