RPM™ virtual is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.
With great music pumping and the group cycling, RPM virtual brings the energy of a live class to the big screen. You will be taken on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

A full body workout using the Les Mills Smart Bar technology (bar bell). Body Pump uses a combination of weighted barbell and energetic music with high repetitions with low weight to improve strength, power, and speed.

Lunge, jump, crunch, step and squat your way to fitness. LGC is a full-body cardio and conditioning workout that focuses on the lower body and will make you work up a sweat. Designed to target common problem areas (legs, glutes and core), LGC classes will help you to build muscle and tone up. LGC is suitable for all fitness levels.
