Yoga
Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Pilates
Pilates involves a collection of low-impact exercises that coordinate movement and breath. The focus is on building strength and mobility, improving postural alignment and strengthening core stabilizing muscles.
Great for beginners, classic Mat Pilates provides a great introduction to popular Pilates movements. Mat Pilates exercises improve core control, strength and stamina. Popular exercises include: hundreds, a variation on the common crunch where you do 100 pulses; leg circles, which challenge core stability; planks and side planks; plus single and double leg stretches.
Barre
Barre is your go-to for feeling lean, lithe and supple. Combining the grace and discipline of ballet, yoga and Pilates with the power of strength and conditioning, it's the perfect way to build muscle while increasing your flexibility and mobility.

Our Aerobic Classes
HIIT
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low intensity recover periods (for example 40 seconds of work 20 seconds rest)
Mode HIIT is a 30-minute workout that uses the Skill Mill, Technogym dumbbells and bench, bodyweight exercises (squats, lunges, burpees) and the ski urg.
HIIT is great for burning a lot of calories in a short amount of time and is famous for its ‘afterburn’ effect, where you continue to burn after the workout has concluded.
Les Mills
Combine the latest exercise trends, ground-breaking technology and science for an effective workout.
Classes include Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Attack and Body Combat.
Dance
Dancing is a great, fun way to work out! Our dance classes include Zumba and Dance Fitness.
Shape
Tone and strengthen your body in our range of classes designed to shape.
Aqua
Aqua & water based classes feature as a part of our pool activities timetable and will take place in our main pool at designated times.

Mode Signature Fast Classes
Boxing Skills
A focused session to master essential boxing skills and techniques. Ideal for all levels, this class focusses on punching, footwork and defensive skills through efficient, guided drills. Build strength, enhance coordination and refine your skills.
Core
An all inclusive class, dedicated to strengthening your core. The workout incorporates a mixture of body weight and resistance exercises, including the use of kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands to improve posture, stability and enhance your core strength.
WOD (Workout of the Day)
This high-intensity, strength-focused class is designed to push your limits in just 20 minutes. Whether you're chasing new PRs or building endurance under load, this fast-paced class delivers maximum results in minimum time. Perfect for intermediate and advanced levels, looking to push themselves to their limits.
Stretching & Recovery
Recharge with guided stretching and recovery, using tools such as Theraguns and foam rollers. Release tension, enhance flexibility, improve mobility and support recovery - in a class designed for all fitness levels and busy schedules.
Lifting Technique
An education-focused class, emphasising proper form. Aimed at beginners wanting to learn and gain confidence in using free-weights in a safe environment, or more experienced lifters aiming to improve technique. Each class focusses on how to perform a specific exercise, such as a squat, bench press, overhead press or deadlift.
Body Pump
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
RPM
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**.
With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
Core
Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
"All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.
Body Combat
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
