I hope you enjoyed the Christmas break and have refreshed and reset your health and wellbeing goals for 2025.

We have a number of exciting projects underway for 2025 including our NEW Reformer Pilates Studio, new fitness challenges and fast classes as well as inducting new members to the Mode team.

Autumn Newsletter

As the nights start to draw in earlier we hope that members are wrapping up warm but still getting in to Mode as often as you can.

Over the last two weeks you will have seen more Halloween themed events and please do try some of the excellent seasonal menu options in the Club Lounge!

Summer Newsletter

The weather may be interchangeable this Summer but we hope that you have been able to enjoy a wonderful and consistent level of service and facilities at Mode in recent months.

The Team are constantly looking at how we can develop the Club offering and with member feedback deliver a great environment for Members.
