We’re excited to announce the opening of our Reformer Pilates studio from the 3rd February 2025.

Offering a variety of Reformer Pilates classes, this new addition will elevate your fitness journey with enhanced core strength, flexibility, and control. Stay tuned for class schedules and booking details!

Training with a loved one can have many benefits.

  • More Fun: Exercising with a loved one can be more enjoyable than exercising alone.
  • Improved Relationships: Research suggests that exercising together can increase feelings of satisfaction with your loved one. It can also create a healthy and playful space to push yourself harder.
Health & Fitness - NEW Signature Teen Classes
Health & Fitness - NEW Signature Teen Classes

We are excited to be launching our new Mode Signature Teen Classes in January, designed specifically for ages 12 to 16 years. These fun and challenging sessions are the perfect way for teens to stay active, increase fitness and build essential physical skills in a supportive environment.

The programme includes:

  • Teen HIIT Class: A fast-pace 30-minute class involving short bursts of activity alternated with low intensity recovery periods, using equipment such as the Skills Mills, Technogym dumbbells and benches, and Ski Ergs.
  • Mode Red Teens: A dynamic 45-minute super circuit class focussing on functional movements, strength and coordination, taking place in our Rig Area and set to big beats.

Led by our expert instructors, these classes provide a safe and inspiring environment for teens to build their health and fitness.

Sessions can be booked via the Mode Club app or at reception. For more information, speak with a member of our team.

New Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer
New Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer

We are delighted to welcome Ric to Mode as a new fitness coach and personal trainer!

Ric started his health and fitness career in 2007 as a fitness instructor in Milan, Italy, then moved to London in 2014 to further develop his career as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.

Ric enjoys inspiring others to improve performance and wellness, enabling commitment to a long-term health and fitness lifestyle. He enjoys working with clients of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

His approach is based on providing specific, efficient programming built passionately with your life and goals in mind.

New Signature Fast Classes
New Signature Fast Classes

We are excited to announce a new programme of Mode Signature Fast Classes starting in January. These carefully crafted 20-minute sessions are designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time, making it easier than ever to fit health and fitness into your busy lifestyle.

Whether you are looking to build strength, tone-up, improve your skills, or boost recovery, there’s something for everyone:

  • Boxing Skills: A focused session to master essential boxing skills and techniques.
  • Core: An all inclusive class, dedicated to strengthening your core.
  • WOD: Standing for Workout of the Day, this high-intensity, strength-focused session is designed to push your limits.
  • Stretching & Recovery: Recharge with guided stretching, movement and recovery, using tools such as Theraguns and foam rollers.
  • Lifting Technique: An education-focused session with an emphasis on proper form.

Looking to swim like a pro this summer? Please join our programme now.

Whether you are trying to improve your technique or build your child`s confidence, we have something for everyone.

  • Junior's program spring term dates: 6th January – 6th April. Half term break: 17th – 23rdFebruary.
  • Adult Intermediate class is every Monday at 6.30pm
  • Adult Beginner/ Improver class is every Tuesday at 6.30pm
  • Adult Swim Squad is every Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm.

New Instructors on the Schedule

We’re thrilled to welcome two fantastic new instructors to our team:

  • Chloe will be teaching Zumba on Tuesdays at 18:25.
  • Cora will be leading RPM on Saturdays at 09:10.

After the Christmas break we are delighted to welcome back the team and our great Timetable of Kids Activities in the Kids Club.

Please check out the Winter Timetable on the website to review our after-school activities on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday alongside our morning creche that is available 7 days of the week from 9.15am.
