Pilates
A low impact form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility and core stability. It focuses on full body alignment and improves posture by strengthening postural muscles. It is suitable for range of ages and mixed abilities.

Aqua
Aqua is a cardio and conditioning class done in shallow water. It combines aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves using aqua dumbbells and noodles to give you a full body workout. Aqua is a great, accessible, fun class (you don’t need to be able to swim and is suitable for those returning from injury or pre and post-natal).

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid practice that combines poses in sequences that focuses on linking breath to movement. It is commonly referred to as ‘flow’ yoga, Vinyasa encourages meditative movement through a variety of postures.

A class for new mums to focus on your physical and mental well-being and will empower you to gain strength each week, through a mix of cardio, body weight and light weight training, with a qualified pre and post-natal instructor. Les Mills Core
A core workout set to music that will build core strength and sports performance. In this class you will build strength, stability and endurance in muscles that support the core (abs, lower back and glutes) improve balance and assist injury prevention. It is challenging but achievable whatever level of fitness, due to options given.

Barre Fitness
Barre Fitness is an energetic mix of ballet, yoga and Pilates. You do not have to have dance experience! It uses elements of those programmes for a full body workout. Barre is low impact, using high repetitions but with body weight or low weights to lengthen and strengthen the body. The benefits of barre are increased passive and active flexibility, increased muscle strength, improved endurance, better posture and it is gentle on the joints.

Body Balance is a Les Mills Yoga Fusion class which mixes Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates set to calming music. You will bend and stretch using a series of yoga moves as well as Pilates core work for the abdomen and back. Options are provided for those just getting started.
